HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This exceptional oceanfront home in South Forest Beach will make your vacation the most memorable yet! The main entrance opens to a large living room with big screen plasma TV, DVD, and decorative fireplace. There is a leather sectional sofa, leather chair, stereo and ocean views. The beautiful dining room has seating for eight plus a bar area. The first master bedroom is located on this floor off the living room and has a king bed, TV and a private bath with tub/shower combo plus ocean views. The second bedroom is the kid's room and has two twins and a private bath with shower only. The state of the art kitchen has Jenn Air stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The den is located eleven steps down a spiral staircase and has a sleeper sofa, regular sofa, TV, and beautiful views of the ocean. There is a door out to the sunroom with a swing and access to the pool area. There are two bedrooms and a laundry room on this level. One has two twins and the other has a queen. They share a bathroom with shower only. The door to access the other parts of the home is in the kitchen.

Five steps lead up to the second part of the home. This room cannot be accessed from inside the main home. The entry features a stunning bar area with seating for four, small refrigerator, sink and opens to the incredible game room. This area features a leather sectional sofa, huge flat screen TV, DVD and stereo system with surround sound. There is a Foos ball table, pool table and card table with seating for four. Off the game room is the cozy bedroom with a queen bed, TV and private bath with shower only.

Twenty steps lead up to the third section of the home that is completely separate. The exquisite master suite has a king bed, TV and sofa. There is a kitchenette with stainless refrigerator, dishwasher and sink. There is also a stereo system with surround sound and a door leading out to an unbelievable deck. This deck can also be accessed from the outside. This deck features beautiful ocean views, two hammocks, plenty of seating, fire pit, three lounge chairs, and a table. The second deck off the main part of the home has charcoal and propane grills, three tables with seating for 12 and wonderful views of the ocean.
