HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This elegant and beautifully designed Hilton Head home is the perfect place to escape from it all. The second row, six bedroom property, located in Palmetto Dunes, features a slight ocean view and is just steps away from the beach. As you enter the house, the fabulous architectural layout of the home greets you. An array of columns, windows and natural light showcase the lower level sitting area which has a flat screen TV, DVD, VCR and beautiful view of the deck and pool. Down the hall to the left are two bedrooms. The first features a king bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet and private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a pool view, TV, walk in closet and private bathroom with glass walk in shower. This room also has a private door that leads to the deck/pool area. On the right side of this level are three more bedrooms. The third bedroom has a queen bed, TV and private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Bedrooms four and five are located down a separate hallway, up 6 steps, and are also accessible by a private door leading to and from the deck/pool area. Each of these bedrooms has two twin beds, their own TV and share a full bathroom with a glass walk in shower. The hallway also features a full wet bar with an ice machine. In addition, the first floor is where you will find the fully equipped laundry room with full size washer and dryer, large counter space and a door leading to the side balcony. Take the staircase up to the second floor which features hard wood floors, a large great room, formal dining area, circular breakfast room, kitchen and master bedroom suite. The master suite has a king bed, flat screen TV, DVD and a door leading to the front balcony which features rocking chair seating. Enjoy the large private bathroom with a separate garden tub, his and hers vanities, glass walk in shower, enormous walk in closet and a picture window with a view of the deck/pool area. The formal dining area also has a beautiful view of the pool area and leads into the circular breakfast room which has an additional dining table and more views of the deck/pool area. The main living area features large picture windows, a door to the balcony with rocking chair seating that overlooks the front of the house, a 50 inch flat screen TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, surround stereo sound and a decorative fireplace. There is also a half bath. The fully equipped kitchen has tile floor, granite counters, custom cabinets, a double oven and a bar area with seating. There is wireless internet access throughout the home. Outdoor features include a large gas grill, pool*, lounge chair seating surrounding the pool, an outdoor dining table with seating, a large deck area with bar furniture and stools in addition to a high cocktail table with more seating.
