The great room has a beamed ceiling, HDTV with surround sound and includes a dining area that seats 12. Adjacent to the great room is a half bath.

Four French doors lead from the great room to the covered outdoor living area featuring a Viking grill, refrigerator, sink, teak dining table, and fireplace with teak sofa grouping. The 12 x 30 foot heatable *pool with water features has a 6’ whirlpool spa and teak lounge chairs.

The media room has a 62” HDTV TV with surround sound and accesses the bar. Enter the bar through a barrel vaulted walkway off the entry fully equipped including refrigerator, sink, icemaker and half bath. The adjacent sunroom is a perfect place for quiet reading or playing games on the game table.

A few steps up from the great room you will find 3 bedrooms, all with 2 queen pillow top beds, flat screen TVs and DVD players, and private saturnia marble baths. A stacked washer dryer is conveniently located between the rooms.

The second floor boasts 3 stunning custom king suites each with a tray ceiling, lush seating area, desk and chair, pillow top mattress, expansive closet space, flat screen TV, DVD player and Bose wave radios. All three have spa-like master baths finished in saturnia marble which quench the need for quiet space and a few moments for celebration of self in today's harried time. Features include walk in two person showers with Grohe rainshower, adjustable personal hand shower and 4 individual body sprays, 6’ air baths with relaxation for two, heated towel racks, heated floors and remote-controlled Bose sound system. The hallway is lined with books to read and window seats. Along the hallway is a study with built-in desk and wireless internet access. There are views of the ocean from many rooms.
