There are three bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom has a king bed and TV with great Ocean Views. The second bedroom has 2 twins and shares a bathroom with bedroom one. The third bedroom has a King bed, lovely lounge chair and fantastic ocean views.

Walk seven steps up to the second floor where you will find a delightful den that has two leather sofas with matching chair, stereo and a TV and VCR. There is also a cozy fireplace. The Dining Room is off the Den and kitchen and has seating for 6. Enjoy Ocean views from the Den, Dining Room and Kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has bar seating for 6, corian countertops, hardwood floors and white cabinetry.

You will also find the fourth master bedroom up seven more stairs to the third floor. The master features a king bed, two matching chairs and armoire with TV. There is an unbelievable private balcony right on the ocean with a cocktail table and chairs plus additional seating for 2.

Seven steps up from the Master lead to the fifth bedroom loft that has a queen bed, 2 fulls and a TV. Enjoy great views from this final bedroom.

The pool area is perfect for lounging and grilling out. You will find plenty of lounge chairs for sun bathing and table space for eating and entertaining. The pool is right off the beach, and the beach path is conveniently located to the right of the pool. DSL is also provided at no additional cost. *Pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee.
