Or, you can drive a few minutes and be at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center or one of 3 premier golf courses in Palmetto Dunes! Come spend your next vacation at this great Palmetto Dunes home that is nestled in a natural setting on a quiet street. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has an expansive deck where you can relax and also has its own heated* swimming pool and spa. Once inside, immediately to the right is the bright eat-in kitchen with a table for 4. A dining room with seating for 8 is just off the kitchen. A few steps more and you’ll be in the spacious family room furnished with 2 sofas (one is a sleeper) and 2 comfortable chairs. You will find this room to be great for conversation, reading or watching TV on the 37 inch flat screen with HD and movies on the DVD or VCR players. There is an assortment of games, videos and paperbacks in the entertainment cabinet. The family room has 2 sliding doors that exit to the deck and swimming pool. The large master bedroom is tucked away on the other side of the house, has its own private, light filled bathroom and contains a king sized bed. You can watch TV in bed, or exit the bedroom through the sliding door and go for a late night swim. The second bedroom is on the front side of the house, has a queen sized bed and its own TV. The third bedroom is also on the front side of the house, has 2 twin beds, a desk with high speed internet and its own TV. Adjacent to these 2 bedrooms is the 2nd bathroom that has a tub and shower combination. The family room, hallway and master bedroom surround a large private area of the deck that has its own hot tub!
