Most floor plans will provide beautiful ocean views from almost every room, including the kitchen and living areas. Luxuriously crafted, the villas feature full kitchens, open living areas, and master baths with large spa tubs and marble showers. The open, park-like setting features a pool area and pavilion, spa tub and barbecue area, children's pool, gazebo and deck, boardwalk to the beach, and bike paths that connect to the many other amenities of Palmetto Dunes. This gorgeous first floor villa offers wonderful ocean and pool views. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa and matching loveseat, two comfortable chairs, TV/VCR/DVD and sliding doors to the oceanview balcony. The balcony has a small cafe table and three chairs - perfect for sipping drinks and viewing the ocean. The fully equipped kitchen views the living and dining area.
