HILTON HEAD ISLAND. So near the ocean that you can hear it sometimes from the front steps AND from the back deck you can enjoy expansive water views of the Robert Trent Jones golf course! The newly decorated, large living area has a 50-inch plasma TV, VCR, DVD and CD player with a sleeper sofa, love seat, swivel chair and decorative fireplace. Guests will also enjoy a new, custom-built, regulation-size pool table. The back of the house is mostly glass with great views of the swimming pool, golf course, and lake. This home also has a separate den that can be closed off and used as an extra bedroom. It contains a sleeper sofa, 32-inch plasma TV, VCR and DVD player. There is an all-weather sunroom with glass table and seating for 4 plus additional chairs for guests to enjoy lovely lagoon and golf views. The kitchen is fully equipped with GE appliances and a new 32-inch plasma TV. The informal dining area is connected to the kitchen and includes a glass table with seating for 6 plus adjacent bar seating for 4 more. The master suite has a king bed, large armoire, new TV, DVD and private access to the pool area. It has a private bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and desk for your computer, complete with high-speed, wireless internet, a TV, DVD player and a private bathroom with tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has twin beds, a TV, DVD player and private bathroom with tub/ shower combo. Around the pool is a deck area that includes a propane gas grill, umbrella table with seating for 4 plus 3 lounge chairs and 4 additional chairs. The rectangular 40-foot-long pool gets plenty of sun. Guests will particularly enjoy the spectacular sunset views of the lagoon with its jumping fish and water fowl.
