HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This is an exquisite oceanfront home that will accommodate all your vacation needs. 16 steps lead you to the front door where you will find breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The living room has 2 sofas, a love seat, recliner, large flat screen TV, DVD player, decorative fireplace and views of the ocean. The dining room has a large glass table that seats 12. The kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. There are 3 bar stools at the kitchen bar and a sitting area off the of the kitchen with a table for 6, a sofa and a flat screen TV. There are sliders off of the kitchen that lead out onto the deck.

The first bedroom is a master suite with a king bed, 2 chairs with an ottoman and an armoire with a TV and DVD player. The ocean views are beautiful and there are doors to the deck area. There is a private bath with a double vanity, jetted tub and glassed in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, VCR and access to a full bath with a tub/shower combo.

16 steps lead up to the second floor where there are three more additional bedrooms. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a TV, VCR and a private bath with double sinks and a tub/shower combo. The fourth bedroom has 2 double beds with a TV, VCR, ocean views and a private bath with double sinks and a shower. The fifth bedroom has a king bed with an LCD TV and a DVD player, and a private balcony with seating for two and a private bathroom with double sinks and a shower.

The deck area features a jacuzzi that is located on the first level of the house and it spills into the pool that is located on the ground level. There is plenty of seating and lounge chairs located around the pool and a gas grill to cook with.

Truly a wonderful vacation home! *This pool can be heated upon request at an additional charge.

**Renters can have use of two ocean kayaks, life vests, and paddles available from owner at mutually agreed times**
