HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This glorious Southern near ocean home is located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes, complete with 3-bedrooms, beautiful furnishings, and a spectacular lagoon view. 8 steps lead to the entrance of the home. To the left, 5 stairs will lead you up to the first bedroom, which offers a double bed and a set of bunk beds. This room also comes with a small TV and private bathroom. Further down the hall leads to the second bedroom, with a beautiful dark wood 4 post queen bed, and matching furniture and loveseat. This room also features two large windows facing the front of the house, a TV and private bathroom.
Off the foyer is a spacious living room with unbelievable lagoon and pool views from the full-length windows along the back of the house. The living room is complete with a decorative fireplace, built in bookshelves and a comfy oversized couch. This room lets in all the sunshine and has a TV and CD player as well as lots of room for lounging. To the right of the living area is a wonderful kitchen with wood flooring, marble countertops, and a white brick wall archway over the stove. The kitchen opens up to the living room with a bar and four bar stools. To the right of the kitchen is a separate dining room perfect for a family dinner. It features beautiful wood flooring, with seating up to 8. There is also a door leading to the screened in sunroom, which can also be accessed from the living room. The sunroom is a perfect place to relax and take in the view with wicker chairs, and a loveseat. Just beyond the dining area is a sitting room facing the front of the house with a beautiful view of the large front yard. This room boasts 4 velvet chairs, a sleeper sofa, and a small TV. Just off the living room to the left is the master suite. This huge room has a private sitting area with a love seat and two chairs, with windows looking out to the pool and lagoon. There is also a door leading to the deck. This bedroom has a wonderful oversized 4 post king bed, with a matching armoire and large TV. The master bathroom is huge with his and her sinks, a Jacuzzi tub and a walk in shower. In the backyard there is a deck that leads down to the kidney shaped pool, which has a table and chairs, as well as lounge chairs to sun in. Beyond the pool is a small dock that sits on the lagoon, great for watching the canoes go by. This lovely Hilton Head Island home is truly a treat for you and your family.
