The developer of the Seacrest reserved the top, northernmost corner of the building to fashion his personal, spirit-lifting space where kicking back and feeling pampered is the order of the day. Comfortably but elegantly furnished, this penthouse sports 180-degree panoramic views of the beach and ocean. A carefully considered floor plan allows the majestic ocean views to take center stage in nearly every room.

The unobstructed view of the ocean provides a jaw-dropping first impression upon entering the foyer. Gorgeous saturnia marble floors run throughout creating flow from room to room. A formal living room boasts a fireplace, access to the veranda and a wall of windows for amazing views of the Atlantic. Built-in shelves house a 42” HD Plasma television. The living spaces are open and airy with plenty of seating room.

The builder has a passion for fine woodwork, having built "some of the finest sportfisherman yachts that ever sailed the Atlantic." This craftsmanship is evidenced in the coffered ceilings, oversized crown moldings and baseboards, and extensive built-ins. The rooms sparkle with interest and create a mood of warmth and hospitality.

Dining room: The custom designed bases of the dining room table were finished by local artisan Peter Billman: an example of trompe l’oeil, standing regally below the glass top, they resemble fine old Italian leather. A lovely mirror reflects the water.

Kitchen: Black granite counters and crisp white custom cabinetry make the ocean view kitchen a delight. To add visual interest, the architects specified decorative, formal glass and wood Chippendale bi-folds to frame the pass-through to the living/dining area.

Bedrooms: The two master bedrooms are generous and have private balconies overlooking the ocean for relaxation and retreat. The colors in the three bedrooms are the palest sea greens and icy blues, with accents of silver and brushed nickel. The bathrooms are outfitted with every amenity. Each bedroom has its’ own TV/DVD.

Rooftop: Breathtaking views make relaxing on the three porches irresistible or follow a softly curving wrought iron staircase which leads to a rooftop garden/spa. The stunning 360 degree view of the island and Atlantic, finest outdoor furniture and a custom fountain make this a heavenly spot.
