When you open the front door - you know this is a special property. Gazing across the living room and through its two-story windows you see the beautifully landscaped gardens with the Atlantic Ocean as the background. You have arrived.

The kitchen has two dishwashers, Viking range w/ grill, SubZero Refrigerator and granite counters/island - prefect for preparing those special meals. For causal meals a second kitchen is located in the pool cabana with a refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher and microwave all tucked behinds an expansive Corian bar. The three pools - a large main pool, baby pool and spa are perfect for enjoying the outdoors and the "no splinter" lighted beach boardwalk leads to the ocean where you will find beach chairs conveniently located.

Three dining areas - The formal dining room has an elegant tree branch base, a second grand dining room with an oversized oval table and a breakfast bar with an ocean view.

The media center has soft lighting; an extra roomy L shaped leather couch and a huge 60 inch TV - perfect for a group movie viewing. The electronic center located here includes a stereo system which provides music for all the common areas.

The three master suites have sitting areas, ocean views and oversized bathrooms with separate showers and tubs. One master suite even has a separate nursery with a crib and changing table. Two family suites have master bedrooms with second adjourning bedrooms separated by a pocket doors. The 8th Bedroom has a romantic wrought iron bed trimmed in mint green and a bathroom with handicapped bars.

This house is full of wonderful treats and treasures and is a vacation home above the rest.
