Over an acre of grounds surround this spacious oceanfront estate which is located near the south gate of “Sea Pines Plantation”. The grand entrance, via a beautiful landscaped private cul de sac, sets the opening stage for a fantastic vacation. From the champagne and martini glasses to the poolside cabana to the wide quiet beach you can feel the luxury everywhere.
The kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances including; 2 Miele dishwashers, gourmet chef’s range and ovens, granite countertops with spacious island and just steps away from the kitchen is a gas grill for barbeque aficionados. Two separate spacious dining rooms, a breakfast bar plus outdoor dining areas offer space for large and small groups to gather.
The Media Room is equipped with a 60+ inch TV, a video library, stereo, a wet bar w/ ice machine, a computer with internet access (free wireless internet throughout house also), and plenty of seating.
