The magnificent dual entry stairway leads you into the main floor of the house. Directly to your left is a game room, equipped with the perfect card table for any late night game. To the right is a small den with a couch, two comfy chairs and a large flat screen TV. On this same level is a living room with 2 leather sofas, 2 chairs, TV, DVD, and Stereo system. Doors lead out to a fabulous screened in porch over looking the ocean and magnificently landscaped yard. The porch has a comfortable lounging area with a whicker sofa, 2 chairs, and coffee table, as well as a table seating 6. Stairs will take you down to the pool area. Open to the living room is a dining room seating 8, also with ocean views. The newly renovated kitchen features granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, 2 refrigerators, double ovens, and a gas stove, as well as wonderful ocean views. The laundry room is off the kitchen. Also on the main level is the master bedroom, featuring a King bed, reading chair, large flat screen TV, door access to the screened in porch, fabulous ocean views, and a private bathroom. The bathroom has a walk in closet and a huge walk in shower.

The circular stairwell leads you to the second floor where you will find four more bedrooms. The two bedrooms at the back of the house have magnificent ocean views from their spacious balconies. The first bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV, door to balcony with ocean views, and a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a King bed and a bunk bed with a twin and double beds. This bedroom features two flat screen TVs, one for the King bed and one facing the bunk beds (this TV has a DVD player). You will also enjoy ocean views and a door to your balcony as well as a private bathroom with a shower and tub combination. This bedroom also has a washer and dryer in the large walk in closet. The third bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, sliding door to a balcony facing the front of the home, and a private bath with standing shower. The fourth bedroom also has a King bed, Flat screen TV, slider to balcony and a private bath with a standing shower. If you continue up the circular stairway you will come to the top floor where you will find a small sofa for a quite reading nook and a balcony with amazing ocean views and a table for four. It does not get any better than this.

From the main level of the home the circular stairwell will take you down to the pool area and the in-law suite. The in-law suite features a private living room with flat screen TV, couch and chairs as well as a table for four, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with standing shower, and a bedroom with two queen beds. The living room sliding doors lead to a deck with two high top tables seating eight, three lounge chairs and a Jacuzzi that can seat up to eight people. The Jacuzzi is heated at no additional charge. The yard is magnificently landscaped with many flowering plants and shrubs and manicured lawn leading out to the ocean. At the back of the yard there is a wooden walkway leading out to the ocean. At the end of the walkway, just before you step on the beach, is a private sunning area with hammock and lounge chair. The beach is private and one of the nicest in Hilton Head.

The home is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Coligny Plaza, which has many fine dining and casual restaurants and several unique shops, is located approximately one mile from the home. There are bike trails leading all the way to Coligny. There is also a small water park (for young children) and miniature golf within biking distance. *Pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee.
