HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This beautiful Hilton Head Island home is just a short walk to the beach. 10 steps lead to the entrance of this lagoon-side residence. Off the entrance is a large living area with high ceilings, a couch, three chairs, HDTV, VCR, DVD, and a stereo with a CD player. Off this room is a large wrap around deck with 3 tables that seat 8 total overlooking a wonderful pool and lagoon. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast table for six. More formal dining is available off the living area at an elegant table that seats eight with access to the deck. The master suite has a king bed, TV, VCR, walk-in closet, and a private bath with a jetted tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, TV, VCR and private bath with tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has a queen bed, sleeper sofa, TV, VCR and shares a bath with hallway off the kitchen. Twelve steps lead up a spiral staircase to the loft with a screen divider for privacy. The loft has two twins, TV, VCR and a private bath with shower only. The pool area has five lounge chairs with a private dock and great lagoon views. This home is just a short walk to the Fazio Golf Course and Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. *This home includes 1 free hour of tennis per day at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and DSL at no additional charge. *The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee.
