Enter to the living room furnished with a sofa, 2 chairs and matching ottomans, TV, VCR, DVD/CD player and stereo. A door leads to the balcony and steps down to the pool area. The cozy dining area has seating for 6. The fully equipped kitchen, with granite countertops offers additional seating for 6. The master suite has a king bed, 2 rocking chairs, TV, VCR, and private bath with jetted tub and separate shower. A powder room is located at the base of the stairs. 16 steps lead to the second floor with 2 additional bedrooms. The first has a queen bed, chair, TV, and private bath with a shower. The second suite has 2 rooms, each with 2 twin beds; the first having a TV/VCR and the second having a TV. These rooms share a bath with a shower. The pool is located 6 steps down from the living room. The backyard pool area has 4 lounge chairs, dining table for 4 with umbrella and a gas grill. The heated pool is 12x16.* This lovely Hilton Head Island home is just a short walk to the beach. Pool can be heated for an additional fee.
