HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Wendover Dunes a beautiful oceanside villa complex that is just a short walk to the beach. Located next to the Barrington Enclave in Palmetto Dunes, these villas are beautifully decorated and equipped with all of the amenities you will need for a first-class getaway. Each villa features an open floor plans with a full kitchen, large living and dining area, and master suite with spa tub. The Wendover Dunes community also offers covered parking, a private pool area with Jacuzzi, childrens’ pool, grill area, and bike paths that lead directly to the beach. This second floor villa features an open floor plan. The comfortable living room has a sofa and a sleeper sofa, coffee table and chair. A white armoire contains a TV, VCR and DVD player. The living room also has access to the screened in porch. The tasteful dining room has a glass table with seating for six. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need during your stay. With tile floor, updated GE appliances, wood cabinetry, Corian countertops, and bar seating for two, you will have all the comforts of home.
The first bedroom has a king bed, TV and access to the screened in porch. There is also a walk in closet with large private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second bedroom is to right of entry. It has two twins, TV, DVD and access to the screened in porch. This room also has a walk in closet, and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The third bedroom is located down the hall from the second bedroom. There are two twins, TV, DVD and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway. Rest and relax on the lovely screened in porch that overlooks the pool. There is one lounge chair and small glass table with two additional chairs. There is also a large glass table with seating for four.
