HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Wendover Dunes is a beautiful oceanside villa complex that is just a short walk to the beach. Located next to the Barrington Enclave in Palmetto Dunes, these villas are beautifully decorated and equipped with all of the amenities you will need for a first-class getaway. Each villa features an open floor plans with a full kitchen, large living and dining area, and master suite with spa tub. The Wendover Dunes community also offers covered parking, a private pool area with Jacuzzi, childrens’ pool, grill area, and bike paths that lead directly to the beach.This wonderful second floor, near ocean villa will make you feel at home on your next vacation. The fully equipped kitchen has hardwood floors and Corian counter tops. There is also a bar area that seats four and is located between the dining area and the kitchen. The laundry room is off of the kitchen and has a full washer and dryer. The dining area has carpet and a spacious table that seats six. The living room is a large carpeted area with a sleeper sofa, love seat, TV, VCR, stereo, and door to the screened in balcony. The first of three bedrooms is off of the living area. It has carpet, a king bed, walk in closet, TV, door to balcony, and a private bathroom. The bathroom has tile floor, double sink, Jacuzzi tub and shower. The second and third bedrooms are to the right of the entry. The second bedroom has a king bed, carpet, TV, walk in closet, door to balcony, and a private bathroom. The bathroom has tile floor, double sinks, Jacuzzi tub, and shower. The third bedroom has two twin beds, carpet, walk in closet, and access to the third bathroom. The third bathroom can be accessed through the third bedroom or the hallway. It has tile floor and a tub/shower combination. This villa also has a large screened in balcony with a table that seats six. There is also a community pool, Jacuzzi tub, children’s pool, and grilling area. A bike path takes you straight to the beach. Come stay in this lovely villa for a relaxing island experience.
