When you enter this bright and spacious villa you will have a spectacular view of the ocean from almost every room. This 2005 sq. ft. end unit was the Windsor II showcase model and boasts more frontal views of the ocean than any other 3-bedroom villa in Windsor. There were only five 3-bedroom units built with this oversized floor plan. It has been recently professionally redecorated in a neutral Island motif with two master (king) suites, living room, dining room, and kitchen that all look out on the ocean. The foyer, living room, dining room, and kitchen are one great room and have bleached maple floors. There are several decorative items in the unit to give it a personal touch. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances and many added extras such as a refrigerator with filtered water for water and ice, cookbooks in the pantry, coffee grinder, waffle maker, juicer and much more. It seats six and has sliding glass doors to the balcony with outdoor chairs and ottomans. An overstuffed sofa and two swivel chairs plus an oversized chair with an ottoman accent the living room. A washed oak armoire holding a remote 27” TV with digital cable and six HBO channels, VCR, DVD and CD/stereo unit makes this a perfect place to relax. A wet bar with wine cooler and a large selection of stemware add to the attractiveness of this unit. Sliding glass doors lead to the balcony connecting to the dining room balcony with great ocean views. The master bedroom includes a king sleigh bed with a pillow top mattress and soft green floral Italian linen coverlet. Artwork, window treatments, and matching crystal lamps make this a warm and comfortable suite. A remote 27” TV and VCR rest in a painted armoire with cordless phone at the bedside. The master bath has an extra-large 2 person whirlpool tub and separate shower. The second king suite also has a pillow top mattress and soft beige floral Italian linen coverlet, and matching crystal lamps. It has a remote 21” TV and cordless phone. This suite boasts a private balcony with sliding door, outdoor chairs and ottomans and a fabulous view of the Atlantic Ocean. It also has a private bath and whirlpool tub. The third bedroom has twin maple beds and bedspreads in a floral design. It has a remote 17” TV. This bedroom's bath can also be used as the guest bath. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. A new top of the line washer and dryer has been installed. The owners have made it their second home and want you to enjoy it as much as they do. Once you have stayed here, you will request it over and over again.
