Located next to the Barrington Enclave in Palmetto Dunes, these villas are beautifully decorated and equipped with all of the amenities you will need for a first-class getaway. Each villa features an open floor plans with a full kitchen, large living and dining area, and master suite with spa tub. The Wendover Dunes community also offers covered parking, a private pool area with Jacuzzi, childrens’ pool, grill area, and bike paths that lead directly to the beach.This beautifully appointed two-bedroom villa is ideal for your next vacation. At the entry, you will find a half-bath and laundry room with full size washer and dryer to your right. The living room is straight ahead, furnished in cheerful shades of red and blue. This room features a sleeper sofa, 29” TV, VCR, and CD player. The dining room seats up to eight, and the kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line GE appliances. The master bedroom is just off the entry, and is furnished with a king-swing bed, blue club chair, and an armoire that holds a 19” TV with remote. In addition, this room features a walk-in closet, private bath with jetted tub and separate shower, and French doors that lead to a small private balcony. The guest bedroom is off the living room, and offers two double beds, 19” TV with remote, walk-in closet, and private bath with jetted tub and separate shower. You will love spending quiet evenings on a screened-in porch that comes equipped with two ceiling fans, six chairs, and a large table for outside dining. This spacious porch is accessible through French doors in the living room and double bedroom.
