**Mooring Buoy Redevelopment Project (September 2023-April 2024) The scope of this project will include the installation of new stormwater drainage infrastructure, roadway paving, and leisure pathway reconfiguration and realignment. There may be temporary accessibility disruption to the driveway and/or mailbox at certain times during the project. What a wonderful and restful stay! 11 Longboat was very well equipped with high quality appliances. Loved the laundry room and ice maker/mini fridge on top floor. Just a well built, amazing home. Already rebooked for the summer.

Overall

11 Longboat and the Island treated us beautifully. We had a two minute shower while the sky above us was pure sunshine. We were also treated around midnight to being able to watch a thunderstorm offshore while we counted shooting stars above our house. I'm not sure how life could have been any better. We have a family member that can't travel with us, Roxy (our Collie). If it weren't for her I don't think we could come home. As always, we will spend a year missing our favorite place. Thank you so much.
