This one bedroom, two bath, 4th floor oceanfront villa is perfect for your next dream vacation. There is ample room for four guests with one king size bed in the master suite, one king sleeper sofa, and two full baths. The kitchen offers all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, washer/dryer, 4 barstools, and is open to the living and dining room.

The dining room has a glass top table that seats four. Just off the dining area is the living room with great ocean views, new Samsung 40' Flat Screen, a king size sleeper sofa (with new patented technology to make it the most comfortable sleeper on the market), loveseat, 2 additional chairs and a small ocean view table.

The villa has 2 sliding glass doors from the den and master bedroom so you can enjoy the ocean sounds and view from a comfortable table and chairs on a shady balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, private bath, separate shower and walk in closet.

The villa offers free wireless internet service and 3 locations to set up a laptop with an ocean view as a backdrop. You can conveniently park underneath the building in the shade and ride the elevator with your luggage.

This villa is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens with walkways, lagoons, fountains and picturesque flowers, live oaks and palm trees. In the last 2 years Windsor Place has had a 6 million dollar upgrade to the building and grounds making it truly the premier oceanfront property on Hilton Head. Enjoy a swim in the beautifully renovated pool area with adult pool and new large children’s pool with a mushroom shaped fountain, a child's delight!

The pool is heated in the fall and spring months. The pool area also includes a hot tub, dressing/bath room facilities, charcoal grills, large sunning areas and lots of shade provided by the gazebo. Enjoy a walk on the wide flat sandy beach just seconds away. You can take a short walk to the Hilton Resort or Marriott with workout facilities, spa, bars and restaurants. Also walking distance to Arthur Hills Golf Course, kayaking or tennis.

You can bike on the beaches or along beautiful shady bike paths which provide easy access to Shelter Cove Harbor, shops, restaurants or mall. Or you can make a call and the free Palmetto Dunes Buggy will pick you up and take you (or your kids/grandkids) anywhere in Palmetto Dunes or Shelter Cove. (Perfect for teens who don’t drive!)

Palmetto Dunes has much to offer including spectacular fireworks at Shelter Cove, 28 tennis courts, and a choice of three superb golf courses. Enjoy water sports including power and sail boats, canoeing and kayaking, or fresh and salt water fishing.

My family and I had an amazing week. Beautiful place and very friendly guests around the entire place. Terrific week for our vacation.
