Villamare features a large oceanfront pool and heated Jacuzzi, children\\\'s pool, poolside barbecue, indoor pool, private health club with weight machines, steam room and sauna, and underground parking. You'll also find that the Fazio golf course, tennis center, the Marriott and Omni hotels, eateries, bike and canoe rentals are all within easy walking distance.

This villa is unique with an expanded living area and provides three separate sleeping areas: master bedroom with king bed, second bedroom with queen bed and an offset of living room with double sleeper sofa. Recently this gorgeous villa was completely renovated with Italian travertine floors, blue pearl granite countertops, cherry cabinets, new SS appliances, stained glass windows, and new furniture. Living room and master bedroom have beautiful ocean views. Living room has two swivel chairs, large chair with footstool, double recliner, double sleeper sofa, flat screen HD TV with DVD and recorder and electric fireplace. There is access to two oceanfront balconies from living area. Eating area has table with six chairs and two bar stools.

Master bedroom has king bed, hand painted furniture, flat screen TV, built-in workstation with HS wireless Internet, walk in closet, soaking tub and access to balcony. It also has a private bath with travertine shower with large shower head and built in seat. Second bedroom has queen bed, flat screen TV with DVD, and private bath with travertine tub and shower.

We love #3522! We have stayed in this same property/condo since we started coming to HHI. It is always clean, well laid out and up-to-date. Villamare is wonderful! So peaceful and I always feel safe on the property. Walk to the beach is quick and the updated pool is wonderful! Highly recommend HHI and Villamare!

Very nice unit. Loved the corner location off the elevator and the beautiful ocean view on both balconies. Different 2BR set up than usual with 1 Queen in 2nd BR. Nice appliances and furnishings. Thanks for having us, we had a fantastic weather, beach and dining week.
