The outdoor amenities include a private beachside pavilion, large pool, hot tub, and grill/entertainment ideal setting for your next family vacation.

The Barrington community, which encompasses Barrington Arms, Barrington Court and Barrington Park, is close to the bike path that will take you quickly to all the other amenities in Palmetto Dunes. Great golf also awaits you.

This is the perfect ocean front retreat for your next island getaway! When you walk into the unit you are greeted with cheery colors and a view of the Atlantic! The kitchen is nicely updated with Corian counters, new appliances and bar seating for two. The dining room is open to the living room and kitchen and seats 6. The living room features new furniture with a sleeper sofa, comfy chair and ottoman, flat screen TV with DVD and a slider to your private balcony. The balcony has a lounger and a table for 4, with great views to the beach and pool.

The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, private bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower, and a slider to the balcony. The guest room has a twin bed, a full sized bed, TV, and a private bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower.

This lovely villa awaits you for your next family vacation!

*The jacuzzi is currently not available for guests use.

407 Barrington Arms was absolutely perfect for our family of 4! We’ve stayed in the villas several times (also positive experiences minus ocean view) & this was our first stay @ Arms! We couldn’t have been closer to pool/beach & the views from balcony were amazing! It was nice to have sufficient seating out there. Accommodations were evidently “fresh” & updated!

We had a great stay here! Awesome view from the balcony. Loved the beach was not crowded at all, we rented bikes and rode all over Palmetto Dunes, and the kids enjoyed the pool. The unit was decorated so cute and beachy. Had everything we needed. Always pool chairs available and not crowded like I thought it would be in July. There were even spots for the kids to toss a ball around. Saw baby deer on the front lawn. Turtles in the lagoon. Could hear the frogs like crazy at night, along with the ocean waves. Just perfect! Rained a few times but hung out under the pavilion by the pool and played cards while the kids swam anyways. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Stayed at 407 Barrington Arms for 7 weeks. It was a great stay. All the beds in the condo were very comfortable as well as all the living room and dining room furniture. Great location in Palmetto Dunes and beautiful ocean front view. Condo is nicely updated. Island Getaway was easy to work with, booked with them for next year already, third year in a row!
