This 2nd floor, coastal-style villa is just steps from the beach with serene lagoon views off the back patio and large screened in porch. The living room has expansive windows offering lots of natural light, vaulted ceiling, large wall-mounted flat screen TV, sectional sofa and chairs with ottoman. Off the living room is the dining area with table that comfortably seats up to eight guests. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining room with stainless steel appliances, new granite countertops, and additional bar seating for three. The patio door off the back of the living area leads to a deck overlooking the lagoon with beautiful views of Lowcountry wildlife. Patio is furnished with a lounge chair and two chairs. The door off the dining area leads to the screened in porch where you are so close to the ocean you can hear it and smell the sea air! The screened porch is furnished with a table and 4 chairs making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or meals. The master bedroom features a king bed, flatscreen TV, views of the lagoon, and newly renovated private master bathroom with walk-in shower and separate jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed, beautiful views of the river lagoon, flatscreen TV, and bathroom with tub/shower combination This Huntington villa offers the best views and location, so close to the ocean you can smell the salt air, but setback just enough to enjoy your own serenity on the lagoon. Located right across from the pool and hot tub. High speed internet and cable provided as well as beach chairs for your enjoyment.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautifully decorated and spacious villa. We loved the views from the screened in porch and deck and would watch the snowy egrets, great blue herons, anhingas and king fishers each day along with a few gators that would swim by each day. It was a nice short walk to the beach and the pool and hot tub were just a few steps away. Thank you for such a fabulous villa!

The condo was perfect. I have been staying in various condos for 20 years and the attention to detail at 7613 surpassed them all. The owners supplied anything you could want to make your stay perfect. Decor was beautiful and the lagoon views were amazing. Would stay here again without any hesitation.

Wonderful stay! Amazing property with open air deck plus screened in porch next to giant live oark draped in spanish moss, lagoon front view, right across from pool, 5 min walk to beach. Even the beds were comfortable! Really pleased, will return!
