This charming two bedroom villa comes with all you need to enjoy a great vacation. The villa features a stocked kitchen with ample space to gather and prepare meals for the family. The large dining room table seats 6 and is conveniently placed on the other side of the pass through window in the kitchen. Sit back and relax in the expansive living area in one of the full sized sofas. Beyond the sliding glass doors is the wooden deck which overlooks the beautiful Palmetto Dunes landscape. The deck features a table and four chairs as well as a propane grill.

The master bedroom has a king bed with flat screen TV and private bath with tub/shower combination. You can enjoy your mornings off the back deck directly from the sliding glass door in the master bedroom. The guest bedroom is furnished with two double beds, and a flat screen TV. The hall bathroom also has a tub/shower combination.

The Queens Grant villa complex is located near the entrance of Palmetto Dunes Resort and along the championship oceanfront Robert Trent Jones golf course. It's just a 15 minute walk, or a 5 minute bike ride to the beach, and has a community pool just steps from the front door. There are yoga mats and beach chairs available in the villa for guests to enjoy the peaceful scenery or a day at the beach. Palmetto Dunes offers an award-winning tennis center, pickleball center, three golf courses, and various activity rentals you will not want to miss out on. This villa is a perfect spot for your next Hilton Head Island vacation!.

We loved our stay at this home! The kitchen was very well furnished with everything we needed to prepare our breakfast, lunch and dinner. The grill was also nice for a steak cookout! The patio was peaceful. It was the perfect place to start our day with coffee. We walked to Shelter Cove and Whole Foods several times. We would recommend this home to our family and friends. We would definitely stay here again!
