The nicely furnished living room has a sofa, loveseat, and three chairs, decorative fireplace, flat screen TV, and a DVD player. Two sliders open to a wonderful ocean view balcony with a gas grill. The kitchen is fully equipped. The dining area has seating for eight.

The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, VCR, and private bathroom with soaking tub and standing shower. A slider leads to a covered ocean view balcony with lounge chair and a charcoal. A second bedroom two queens TV, and private bathroom with shower/tub combination. A slider leads to a covered ocean view balcony. The third bedroom has two queen beds, TV, and private bathroom with shower/tub combo. A slider leads to a balcony.

The covered ocean view balcony off the living room has a bistro table for four and a high top table with four chairs. Thirteen steps lead up a spiral staircase to an open deck area with four chairs and two lounge chairs overlooking the ocean.
