This spectacular oceanfront home is absolutely amazing.

The family room is located directly off of the grand entry. It has a cozy sectional sofa, large flat screen TV, decorative fireplace, bar area and floor to ceiling windows drawing your eye directly out to the Atlantic Ocean. The family room opens directly into the large custom kitchen. There is seating for six along the counter level bar, perfect for breakfast and evening chats with the cook in the family! The dining room overlooks the pool and ocean and seats six. Doors open directly onto the covered patio for outdoor dining.

The first bedroom is located to the left of the entry and has two double beds, TV, and a private bathroom with walk in shower and single vanity. The powder room is located across the hall from this bedroom. The main level master bedroom features a king bed, TV, and a sliding door to the covered patio overlooking the ocean. The master bath has double vanities, large soaker tub and a separate walk in shower. There is also a stackable washer and dryer in this bedroom.

The remaining four bedrooms are located on the second floor. The third bedroom is located to the left of the stairs and has two double beds, TV, and a private bathroom with a walk in shower and single vanity. The forth bedroom has a king bed, TV, sliding door to the balcony with an ocean view, and a private bathroom with a walk in shower. There are two additional master bedrooms on this level. They both have king beds, TV, ocean views with balcony access and private bathrooms with double vanity. One has a stand alone soaker tub.

The upstairs den has a sleeper sofa and doors to the balcony. The views are unparalleled.

The pool area features an infinity pool, plenty of seating, both lounge chairs and conversation chairs near the grill area. The built in grill is perfect for outdoor entertaining. When you aren't splashing in the ocean you will certainly be lounging by this gorgeous pool.

This home is truly a magical place for you to spend your next family vacation.

**Mooring Buoy Redevelopment Project (September 2023-April 2024) The scope of this project will include the installation of new stormwater drainage infrastructure, roadway paving, and leisure pathway reconfiguration and realignment. The Broad Creek Public Service District (BCPSD) will also coordinate domestic waterline replacement during the project. There may be temporary accessibility disruption to the driveway and/or mailbox at certain times during the project. Parking may be an issue in that entering or exiting your property could be challenging at times.

Overall

Our stay at 21 Brigantine was a wonderful, fun filled time for our family. Lots of great memories. The property is beautiful and exceptionally clean. The pool and amenities are awesome….a great area to enjoy the beauty of the property itself and the splendor of the beach/ocean, all in one. Counting down the days until our next visit!!

The home is beautiful, so spacious and so well furnished and equipped to accommodate our extended family. Just loved the privacy, beautiful views, easy beach access and always clean infinity edge pool with great seating areas. Playing bocce ball on the turf lawn next to the pool was so fun. Loved our stay.
