Most floor plans will provide beautiful ocean views from almost every room, including the kitchen and living areas. Luxuriously crafted, the villas feature full kitchens, open living areas, and master baths with large spa tubs and marble showers. The open, park-like setting features a pool area and pavilion, a spa tub and barbecue area, a children's pool, a gazebo and deck, a boardwalk to the beach, and bike paths that connect to the many other amenities of Palmetto Dunes. Only 2 minutes away from Palmetto Dunes golf courses.

This completely updated villa is located on the second floor and gives you over 1900 square feet of living space. Three bedrooms and three baths provide you with all of the comforts of home, plus the luxury of staying in a beautiful oceanfront villa! The kitchen, living, and dining area are all fully equipped for your comfort and enjoyment. The kitchen offers an eat-in bar for 4 and a breakfast table that seats four. More formal dining is offered in the dining area which seats 6. In the living room, you’ll find a sleeper sofa, sofa, 46 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, and access to a fabulous oceanfront balcony. The beautiful master suite comes furnished with a king bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, private balcony with ocean views, and a private bath with a jetted tub and a separate shower. Another bedroom also offers a king bed, flat screen TV, slider access to the living room balcony with ocean views and has a private bath with a jetted tub/ shower combination. The third bedroom is furnished with two extra-long twin beds, a flat screen TV, and a private bath with shower/tub combo. This is truly a wonderful location for your next family vacation, so do not pass it up!
