The kitchen has plenty of space for extra hands, updated fixtures, and appliances, the perfect place to entertain. The dining space seats 6+ and is open to the comfortable living space with a sleeper sofa, loveseat, recliner, large screen smart tv, and easy access to the back porch. The back porch overlooks the golf course and will be the perfect place to enjoy an evening meal under the oak trees!

The bedrooms are located on the second floor. The large master features a king bed, desk, tv, walk-in closet, and a private bath with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has one queen bed, one twin, and a TV. This room has access to the updated bath with a shower/tub combo in the hall. Directly across the bathrooms upstairs is a laundry closet with a full sized washer and dryer.

This unit is only a 10 minute walk or less than a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. It's also conveniently located near The Greens community pool and across from the Van der Meer tennis courts. Shipyard amenities include championship golf and tennis as well as a premier spa and wellness facilities. Paths winding around the plantation provide trails for bikers and joggers of all ages. Lagoons, wildlife, and island foliage are just a few of the beautiful backgrounds for picturesque settings. Guests can enjoy all the amenities available over the changing seasons.

Beach parking is available at the Shipyard Beach Club and along Barcelona Road.
You may use the Shipyard Beach Shuttle daily from Memorial Day – Labor Day, 9am-5pm, weather permitting from Barcelona Road to the Beach Club for free rides.
