With special winter rates at many of our local championship courses, you’re sure to enjoy some of the finest rounds at some of the best prices. Through the end of February, escape the cold weather and come play some golf in the Lowcountry!

Choose Your Adventure At Shipyard

Are you accurate off the tee or on-point with your approach shots? Shipyard Golf Club might be just the course for you! With three nine-hole championship courses that wind around natural lagoons and ponds, golfers must maintain a delicate, yet determined approach to each and every hole. Navigate sand and water hazards on the Clipper Course, stroll through live oaks and tall pine trees as you play on the Galleon course, and spot alligators bathing in the sun along water hazards of the Brigantine Course. Combine two of the three courses to create a unique 18-hole challenge.

Longtime Favorites With a Challenge

Enjoy playing Lowcountry classics? Then check out the two courses at Palmetto Hall Golf & Country Club. Try your swing at the Arthur Hills Course at Palmetto Hall to enjoy lush fairways lined with towering pine trees and the mossy oaks. Voted one of the best places to play and noted for its daunting par-4 finishing hole, this classic course is sure to put your game to the test. For a more unique and innovative golf experience, check out Palmetto Hall’s Robert Cupp Course. A slope rating of 144 and a 472-yard, par-4 on the 9th hole, make this course a must-play if you’re looking for a challenge.

Maybe you’re looking for a quiet round of golf? Tucked away in one of the island’s most pristine resort plantations, Port Royal Golf & Racquet Club offers 36 holes of legendary golf on the championship Bermuda greens of the Barony Course and Robbers Row Course.

Endless Golf at Palmetto Dunes

Trying to pack in as much golf into your trip as possible? Check out the multi-round specials at Palmetto Dunes. With three incredible courses to choose from, you can’t go wrong! The Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront Course, South Carolina’s golf course of the year in 2003, is one of the best courses in the Southeast and home to only one of two oceanfront holes on Hilton Head. The George Fazio Course is known as the most challenging public course — it’s the only par-70 public course you’ll find here — featuring an exhilarating layout sure to inspire golfers of all skill levels. And of course, there’s the classic Arthur Hills Course, the most mature course of the three. It showcases the natural beauty of the Lowcountry with lagoons winding through 10 of its holes, balanced lies, and ocean breezes throughout.

The Legends of Sea Pines

Now you may be wondering, what about golf in Sea Pines? Well, if you’re really looking to test your game (and probably lose several golf balls) challenge yourself to a round or two at one of the three exhilarating courses at Sea Pines. One of Pete Dye’s 18-hole masterpieces calls the island home, at Heron Point Golf Course, offering a beautifully challenging combination of short and long holes. Sea Pines is also home to the first course ever built on Hilton Head Island, The Ocean Course. It’s now known as Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love III after it was reconstructed in 2016. It’s a classic course with a modern update featuring restored natural sand dunes and thousands of indigenous plants to add even more character to this oceanside gem.

And then there’s the legend: Harbour Town Golf Links. Many golfers know of this course because of the distinguished PGA TOUR event, the RBC Heritage. Schedule a tee time on this magnificent course designed by Pete Dye with consultation by Jack Nickluas, and put your game to the ultimate test.
