HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This lovely home charms guests with its warmth and comfort while you enjoy a relaxing getaway.

There are 15 steps leading to the front door of this spacious home located on the corner of Sea Lane and Lee Shore in Palmetto Dunes. Upon entry is an inviting formal living room with a sofa and matching arm chairs as well as a sliding glass door to the back deck. The dining room table is immediately to the right of the front door and has enough seating for eight.

Moving past these spaces to the left of the home are two bedrooms.
- The first bedroom has queen sized bed, a flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

- The second bedroom on this side has a king sized bed, a sitting area with two chairs, a flat screen TV, a walk-in closet as well as a linen closet. This bedroom has it's own private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, separate walk-in shower, enclosed water closet, double sink vanities with a make-up vanity in between and a skylight to let natural light in. This room also has a sliding glass door leading to the back deck.

On the right side of the home you will find the updated kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including built-in double ovens and a side by side refrigerator. The kitchen layout is spacious enough to let the family help with meal preparation.

Just off the kitchen is an eat-in breakfast nook with a round table with seating for six. There are three bar stools at the kitchen counter for additional seating.

Adjacent the kitchen is a beautifully decorated family room offering a large sectional sofa, flat screen TV, and a decorative fireplace. The perfect place to gather together and play games or just relax. There is also a sliding glass door with built-in blinds leading to the back deck.

The remaining two bedrooms are on the right side of the home.
- The third bedroom features a queen bed, a flat screen TV, and access to a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

- The fourth bedroom has two twin beds, a flat screen TV, and a private entrance to the hall bathroom with a corner walk-in shower.

The outside amenities include an expansive deck with an outdoor table with seating for six, a gas grill, a pool with lounge chairs, and full cabana bathroom on the deck to the right. This Hilton Head home is located less than half a mile walk to the beach and has a serene view of the woods.

*Free shuttle service through Palmetto Dunes Buggy available April through September.

Gorgeous home with every possible comfort

Overall

We stayed at 1 Lee Shore and found it to be a gorgeous home with every possible comfort. The weather kept us inside 2 of our days and and we had fun just reading the books available and working puzzles. Will recommend Island Getaway and this particular house to other friends. As for Island Getaway, they could not have been nicer or more helpful. Thanks one and all!

Our first time at Hilton Head and we totally enjoyed it. Island Getaway made renting easy and were so helpful with my questions. The shuttle to the beach and back was great! Our home was very accommodating and lovely. Beautiful weather! A great vacation!

We had a wonderful visit. The house is beautiful, clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed to cook our traditional Thanksgiving meal. The rooms are large and spacious. Lots of room to spread out for quiet time. Great location. An easy walk to the beach. Or short drive to parking lot. We enjoyed riding bikes and had great access to the bike trails and played pickle ball at the racquet club. Staff at Island Getaway was helpful and responsive.

Overall

The house had lovely family friendly rooms. We took the twin room and left bigger rooms for our adult kids and guests. The pool was fantastic with the right amount of sun. Loved staying back farther than we normally do. Island Getaway was accomodating and we enjoyed the house immensely.
