Description

Spacious and exquisitely appointed, this Hilton Head Island home has everything you need for a vacation in style. There are 12 steps to the entrance where you will find a large living area complete with a TV and DVD. The dining room seats up to 10, and the kitchen comes fully equipped and offers wonderful extras such as granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom is located downstairs and has a king bed and a large private bath with a jetted tub and separate shower. There are 9 steps to a landing with another king bedroom with private bathroom. Eight more steps lead to the top level with 2 more bedrooms. These bedrooms feature a queen bed and 2 twin beds, respectively and each have a private bathroom. All four bedrooms have TVS. Outdoor amenities of this fabulous near ocean residence include a large back deck, wonderful pool area, and spacious screened porch—all overlooking the beautiful Fazio Golf Course in Hilton Head.

*Free shuttle service through Palmetto Dunes Buggy available April through September. Only a 12 minute walk to the beach.

We’ve been vacationing in HHI for 30 years and love it like a second home! Island Getaway is a great company and has served us well! This is our first time at 12 Heath and it worked very well for our family. The bedrooms are large and each having their own bath is ideal. We’ll return for sure!! Thanks for your hospitality!

Beautiful and clean home that’s been cared for well by the owners. Perfect location too … so close to the beach! We walked there everyday. We would definitely love to come back!

My family and I had a great stay at 12 Heath Drive. Located in Palmetto Dunes which is our preferred location, found the house to have plenty of room, very clean and well-maintained. Also took advantage of the heated pool which is used on a couple of the sunnier days we had during our week. Also, want to say thank you to Trae at Island Getaway Rentals who assisted us during and after the reservation process. He was very understanding and empathetic while we worked through a family emergency at the same time we were trying to plan our trip. Truly appreciate his support!
