This 8th row home has it all! Enjoy the serene location, short walk to the beach and all the golf, tennis, biking, dining and shopping within Sea Pines resort.

A few steps will bring you to the entrance. As you step into the sunny living room you have views of the lagoon and pool area. The living room has a TV and is newly furnished - this area opens up to a fantastic kitchen. Featuring a gas cooktop, updated appliances and an island with bar stools - the spacious kitchen has all your cooking needs covered. Open to the kitchen is a dining area that also overlooks the pool and lagoon.

On the first floor you will find the spacious master bedroom with king bed, TV, large private bathroom and doors to patio area. The second bedroom on the first floor has a queen and twin bed, TV and private bathroom.

Several steps will bring you the large den area. The den is outfitted with a TV, sleeper sofa, ping pong table and private bathroom - a great escape for the kids in your group.
More steps bring you to the top level. The third bedroom has a king and twin bed, TV and private bathroom. The fourth bedroom is a small room with a sleeper sofa and TV - ideal for children. The fifth bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV and private bathroom.

The inviting outdoor covered porch has a private bathroom and shower - convenient for showering off after beach and pool time. 5 lounge chairs/3 umbrellas around pool and and an outdoor dining table on the porch, gas grill, and additional seating and lounge chairs around the pool complete all you need!

Overall

We loved our week at 13 Wagon Rd. We had a big group and the house met all of our needs perfectly. Quick walk to the beach and convenient to everything. This was by far the most well-appointed rental we’ve had on HH. The owners truly want their renters to have a first class experience. We will rent this house from now on :)). It was very hard to leave yesterday. Thanks again!!

We had an amazing stay at 13 Wagon Road. The house was beautiful and had all the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation.The location was perfect for walking to the ocean or biking to a number of fun locations. We enjoyed the pool as well as the lovely lagoon view. We will be back!
