As you enter this one-story home, you will find a beautifully decorated den with a sofa and 4 chairs. Across from the living room is a separate room with a door that has a sleeper sofa and a large flat screen TV with a BlueRay DVD player. The bright kitchen is updated with brand new stainless-steel appliances, white cabinetry, a bar with seating for 2, a large table with seating for 6 and comfy sofa with love seat. Behind the kitchen you will find the laundry room that has a full-size washer and dryer. The tastefully decorated living room overlooks the pool and lagoon. This room has a large sleeper sofa with a matching love seat. There is also a 42” flat screen TV, BlueRay DVD player and lots of DVD’s to enjoy. | | To the right upon entry of this lovely home you will find the three bedrooms. The master bedroom overlooks the pool and lagoon. This room offers a king bed, flat screen TV with a BlueRay DVD player, private bathroom with double sinks, a stand-up shower and tub. The second bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV with BlueRay DVD player, private bathroom with a single sink and a tub/ shower combination. The third bedroom also has a king bed and a flat screen TV with BlueRay DVD player. There is a bathroom directly across the hall from this bedroom with a single sink and a stand-up shower. All bedrooms are nicely decorated.

The large backyard offers an amazing pool with a lagoon and a private dock. There is plenty of patio space, six lounge chairs, a double chair and a table with an umbrella that fits 2 chairs. There is also a deck 14 steps up that can also be accessed through the home that offers a table with an umbrella and 6 chairs. This home is a 5 minute walk to the beach and perfect for your next Hilton Head Island vacation.

**2 Free hours of tennis per day at Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center***

*Pool heat available for additional fee. Pool heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat.

**Mooring Buoy Redevelopment Project (September 2023-April 2024) The scope of this project will include the installation of new stormwater drainage infrastructure, roadway paving, and leisure pathway reconfiguration and realignment. The Broad Creek Public Service District (BCPSD) will also coordinate domestic waterline replacement during the project. There may be temporary accessibility disruption to the driveway and/or mailbox at certain times during the project. Parking may be an issue in that entering or exiting your property could be challenging at times. .

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! One of the best locations as far as proximity to the beach/ beach access & section of the beach wasn't overly crowded. Beds were comfortable & clean, as was the rest of the house. Lagoon view & wildlife were a bonus! And don't sleep on Coco's Bar & Grill on the beach...get to the beach & go left, only about a 10 minute walk! We'll be keeping this property on our list to return to!

I have been vacationing in Palmetto Dunes since the late 1980s, and 145 Mooring Bouy is one of my absolute favorite homes. I will certainly rent this home again. It had everything we were looking for — close proximity to the beach, a modern, stylish and comfortable house, bright big bedrooms that were more than enough for my family of 5, an open kitchen, a beautiful outdoor seating area, a nicely sized pool, and all of the little extras that make a rental home comfortable. But my favorite part of the house was the lagoon view. We could sit for hours watching fish and birds fly by - so peaceful. I only wish I had rented two weeks instead of one.

This is our most FAVORITE rental on HHI, in fact we are already planning to book for our 2022 trip! You cannot beat the convenient short walk to the beach, heated pool option, lagoon views and quiet and peacefulness of a morning coffee on the dock or porch. Looking forward to our next visit and already missing this sunset from the backyard! Thank you Island Getaway for a top notch rental property for our family to enjoy!

House is even better inside than you expect! Stocked better than any rental we’ve ever had! Big, spacious comfortable bedrooms and lots of pull- out couches. Directly across the non- busy street from the beach access which was a quick 2 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again!
