This fabulous newly remodeled near ocean home is designer decorated with three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, beautiful furnishings and a wonderful views of the lagoon and golf course on the thirteenth hole (tee box) on the famed Robert Trent Jones Ocean Course. All rooms except one offer this exquisite view. Our favorite time at sunset, which is from left to right when standing on the deck offers the most peaceful and tranquil setting. Typical of Hilton Head Island scenery long shadows on the golf course and birds flocking to the water to rest for the evening offer a view and serenity second to none.

Located five rows from the ocean it features two separate living areas. The formal living area has a sofa, 70 inch 4K flat screen TV with a sofa and matching chairs and French doors leading to the lanai. The family room offers seating in large casual chairs, a sectional sofa, and 55 inch smart TV. To the left of the family room a spacious kitchen with Corian countertops, cherry cabinetry, and all necessary appliances. The breakfast area seats 4. For more formal dining, the home features a contemporary glass dining table with seating for 8, in addition to hardwood floors to complement the room.

Hardwood floors flow on into the foyer and down the hall to the bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom features a wall mounted TV, and king bed. The master bath has a separate enclosed shower, garden tub with Jacuzzi, large walk in closet and large his/her counter and sinks. In the adjacent bedroom, there are two double beds, TV, private bathroom with stone walk in shower, and a view of the lagoon and golf course. Both have access to sliding glass doors to the surrounding deck. The third bedroom has two queen beds, TV, private bathroom with stone walk in shower and a large walk-in closet. This beautiful home is for your deserved spent time for relaxing on Hilton Head Island.

As a final feature, step down to the COMPLETELY RENOVATED deck and brand NEW pool and hot tub after a long day of activity—the sun shines on the pool as early as 9am. There is also a propane grill. This lovely home is truly a treat for you and your family. After this stay you will not want to go to anywhere else for your vacation! This home is a five minute walk to the beach/ocean/golf, and perfect for your next Hilton Head Island vacation.

***Pool and spa heat available for additional fee. Pool and spa heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat.

*All TVs are smart TVs and will connect easily with each guest's Netflix or Amazon Prime account.
*$1100 per week for pool heat only. $350 per week to heat the spa only.
*Pets accepted on a case by case basis, subject to the owners' discretion. The pet fee is $700 and is non-refundable. One pet only, no exceptions. Protective quilts will be provided by owner for furniture.

**Mooring Buoy Redevelopment Project (September 2023-April 2024) The scope of this project will include the installation of new stormwater drainage infrastructure, roadway paving, and leisure pathway reconfiguration and realignment. The Broad Creek Public Service District (BCPSD) will also coordinate domestic waterline replacement during the project. There may be temporary accessibility disruption to the driveway and/or mailbox at certain times during the project. Parking may be an issue in that entering or exiting your property could be challenging at times.

Overall

The view.... probably the best of all the places we’ve rented on the island for the past 20 years... and we’ve had some amazing oceanfront views. Perfect size home for our family of 5. Very clean and accommodating. The location couldn’t be better; 5 minutes to the beach and a quiet dead end street. Rental management was responsive to our needs. Would stay here again.

Our family’s visit to 182 Mooring Buoy was fabulous! The house is so roomy and loaded with amenities! Everyone in the family can spread out and have personal space and bathrooms, but can also gather together in the family rooms and on the spacious deck. The view of the lagoon is wonderful (could sit and watch the fish jump for hours!), and our kids loved the private pool and hot tub. We rented bikes and loved the very short bike ride to the beach. The beach was incredibly quiet while we were there - we visited friends on another public beach that was packed. We really loved the ability to have space on “our” beach. We also rode daily to the General Store and even rode our bikes to Shelter Cove for dinner and shopping. The house was the perfect home base for a great beach trip!

Overall

We have stayed in HHI many times and we like the street, Mooring Buoy. This house was the perfect size for us, great pool, great view of the lagoon and also great view of the golf course - I think the 13th tee box. The beach was a 5 minute walk - we had a great time. Internet worked great - just a great home for our family

This is our second stay at this beautiful home so that should tell you something. The home itself and the location is pure bliss. Everything was seamless from making the reservation to our exit. We never want to leave and look forward to returning again next year!
