HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Conveniently located a minute from the beach as well as the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza, this beautiful 6BR/5BA North Forest Beach home has everything you could ask for with a large open floor plan, perfect for entertaining.

Seven steps lead to the entrance where you will find a living room with hardwood flooring, cathedral ceilings, sleeper sofa and loveseat, and a beautiful decorative fireplace.

The kitchen, which is open with the living room and dining area, has a large three-sided island with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and seven high-top chairs, while the dining area provides a pine table with seating for six.

Just off of the kitchen you will find a large family room with stone floors, a queen sleeper sofa, matching loveseat, chair, TV. This room also offers a beautiful bar area with a black marble countertop, mini refrigerator, and leather bar stools. Further down this hall is a full bath with easy access to the pool area.

Located on the second floor, west wing of this house, you will find three bedrooms. The first bedroom is the first of two master bedrooms. This bedroom has a king bed, TV and a private master bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Just down the hall you will find the second bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom, which has two twin beds and a set of twin bunk beds (4 twins total). Both of these bedrooms use the full bathroom in the hall with a combination shower and tub, double sinks, and decorated in stone and tile.

The east wing of this home houses the 2nd master-bedroom with a king bed, TV, door leading out to your private balcony overlooking the pool, and a private master bath with stone and tile. The fifth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and TV, while the sixth bedroom offers a queen bed and TV. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom located in the hall.

19 Avocet has a great pool area with plenty of seating, a Tiki Bar with a mini-refrigerator, and a gas grill making it perfect for entertaining! Not to mention the large 25’ x 15’ heatable pool*!

Located at the entrance to North Forest Beach, you are within a block to Coligny Plaza. You will not have to get in your car all week with shops, restaurants and grocery all in the neighboring plaza! Coligny Beach is just steps from your front door, one of Hilton Head's most famous beaches!

*Please note spa is not functional. Pool is heatable for an additional fee. Pool heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. All pools can take up to 24 hours to heat once pool heat is turned on.

The group had an amazing time. There’s not beating the location of this rental. Check in and check out we’re a breeze and the property manager was very on top of making sure our stay was everything it could be. Thanks to the owner and rental company for letting us use this escape!

Great family friendly space and location! Pool was a big hit with the kids and got them tired for bed time. Walking to Coligny Square restaurants and shops was another big plus. Will be on our "come back to list."

The week with 15 people (3 generations) was excellent. The location is great, and the bunk beds allowed for the male/female separation of the grandchildren. We would stay there again and again.
