Six steps lead to the entrance of this house and opens to the spacious living room area with two matching sofas and chairs, two story windows allowing plenty of natural light, decorative fireplace, and a TV with DVD player. From here you will also find a sliding door leading to the back porch and pool deck. The dining room offers a circular table with seating for up to six. In the fully equipped, updated kitchen you will find a flat screen TV, Island with four high-top chairs, and all white cabinets and new appliances. The kitchen opens up to a family room and additional seating including a sofa, chair with ottoman, octagon table with seven chairs, wine bar, and built-in desk. This large area also has access to the back patio and pool area.
Nine steps up is where you will find the master bedroom, which is located on the mid-level of this beautiful home. This room has a king bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, tall ceilings with views of the pool below, and a private bathroom with stand-up shower, separate garden tub, and double sink.

Seven additional steps up will bring you to the remaining three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen and twin bed as well as a TV. The second has two queen beds and an HD flat screen TV, while the last bedroom has a king bed and access to a private deck overlooking the pool area with two lounge chairs. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs you will also find a den area with a sleeper sofa, TV and DVD player.

Located only third row to the beach, this home also features an amazing porch with four wicker chairs and two ottomans, wicker table with four chairs, and a gas grill. The backyard, with large pool, also offers plenty of seating including four lounge chairs, two chairs, and a table with umbrella and four additional chairs.

**Pool heat is available for additional fee. Pool heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat.

**Mooring Buoy Redevelopment Project (September 2023-April 2024) The scope of this project will include the installation of new stormwater drainage infrastructure, roadway paving, and leisure pathway reconfiguration and realignment. The Broad Creek Public Service District (BCPSD) will also coordinate domestic waterline replacement during the project. There may be temporary accessibility disruption to the driveway and/or mailbox at certain times during the project. Parking may be an issue in that entering or exiting your property could be challenging at times.

Had the best vacation ever! House and location were perfect! House was immaculate and had EVERY modern convince. Appliances, special amenities and all the little extras from the owners made this house the best ever. Having the pool and a two minute walk to beach were so important to us and our grandchildren loved every minute! We have already booked next year!

Overall

We loved our HHI vacation and stay at 2 Brigantine. It's a beautiful home and we look forward to coming back. It felt really private being tucked away in the Palmetto Dunes community, but also really close to restaurants/shopping/etc. Can't beat the beach access and private pool. We loved it! Thank you :)

Overall

This was the second time we stayed at 2 Brigantine and we can’t wait to go back. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool and outdoor space is a favorite of ours. The kitchen is well stocked and laid out. The house location is perfect for the beach, golf or just riding bikes.
