HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Come see this Hilton Head Island beach home featuring a very spacious outdoor living space that includes a pool and spa, pool deck, covered porch, kitchen/pool bar area and plenty of seating!

This highly accommodating beach home located on a corner lot in Palmetto Dunes is perfect for large families as it features seven bedrooms each with private bathrooms, two additional bathrooms, two spacious living rooms, and an awesome backyard oasis. A quick two-minute walk along the beach path from this third row home takes you to the sand of one of the most exclusive beaches on Hilton Head Island. Palmetto Dunes offers quiet, low traffic streets and multi-million dollar homes.

The southern style front porch features four rocking chairs to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening refreshment. Upon entering the home, you are welcomed to a beautifully decorated, expansive great room that features a 65” Samsung Smart HDTV with Sonos soundbar, and a full view of the pool deck space. The spacious dining room offers seating for twelve comfortably.

The newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen has been enlarged and is adorned with all stainless steel appliances including two full-sized Bosch dishwashers, two KitchenAid convection ovens, a Thermador electric cooktop, a KitchenAid microwave, and a SubZero refrigerator. The center island has five barstools while the breakfast table provides four additional seats. A half bath as well as a laundry room with an Electrolux full size washer and dryer and a second full size refrigerator are each adjacent to the kitchen area.

The main floor of the home offers three bedrooms. The primary suite off the kitchen features a king four-poster bed, a wall mounted Plasma 50” flat screen HDTV along with a second 39” Vizio flat screen HDTV and Blu-ray DVD player in the sitting area, as well as a walk-in closet. This primary suite also offers a private bathroom with two sinks in a quartzite countertop, a spacious jetted Jacuzzi and a separate tiled shower with two showerheads. The second bedroom at the front of the house features a king bed, a Plasma 42” flat screen HDTV and a private bathroom. The third main floor bedroom offers a queen bed, a private bathroom, and a 39” Vizio flat screen HDTV and views of the back deck and crystal blue pool.

The staircase will lead you to the second floor of the house, which features a large second living room and four more bedrooms. The second living room upstairs consists of a sofa, chairs and a queen sleeper sofa bed, as well as an additional full bathroom. A 55” Vizio flat screen HDTV and Blu-ray DVD player make this room the perfect place to enjoy a family movie night. This upstairs living room has doors so one can easily close the doors and use this as a private eighth bedroom with it’s own private bathroom. The first two upstairs bedrooms each offer a queen bed, private bathroom and 39” Vizio flat screen HDTV. The third bedroom offers a king bed, a private bathroom, and a 43” Samsung flat screen HDTV with a Blu-ray dvd player. The fourth bedroom upstairs has a king bed, private bathroom and a 39” Vizio flat screen HDTV.

The glass doors off the kitchen and the main floor great room lead you to the expansive porch, pool deck, outdoor bar, pool and spa areas. *There is a fee to heat the spa or the pool. The covered porch offers an elevated area with wicker furniture and a six person patio table. The outside deck area offers an expansive space for sun bathing and entertaining by the pool. Seating options are plentiful with a total of fourteen chaise lounge chairs, a large umbrella table with eight surrounding chairs, six Adirondack chairs, and a small table with four chairs. The highlight of the pool deck is the outdoor pool bar featuring; granite counter tops, a third full-sized refrigerator, eight barstools, a large 55” flat screen outdoor HDTV and a gas grill.

We have been traveling to HHI for most of the past 20 years as a family and 2 High Rigger is now our favorite Hilton Head home away from home. Being from Louisville KY we loved seeing directional signs for Lexington, Indy and Fishers IN in the backyard- places we know well. We are already looking forward to returning in 2023.
