This stunning fourth row home in Palmetto Dunes has all of the added touches to make for a perfect getaway.

Upon entry you are welcomed by a grand living space. The living room, dining room and kitchen all blend together to make a lively open plan, perfect for your large family gatherings. The kitchen is well appointed with stone counter-tops, a double island, stainless steel appliances and eat-in bar with seating for four. There is a sliding door to a small side porch, here you will find a grill and seating area. The large dining table seats 12 comfortably and leads directly into the living room which features a decorative fireplace, large screen tv and a sliding door to a brand new screened in porch! The porch overlooks the amazing backyard and features a dining table for 8, there is also a pool bathroom. A full size laundry room and half bath are just off the kitchen area.

The Master Bedroom is located on the first floor, in its own private wing. This room includes cathedral ceilings, slider to pool, King bed, TV, picture windows overlooking the pool and yard, and a newly renovated private bathroom with a double vanity, extra large walk in shower, and soaker tub.

There are 12 steps up to a large bedroom with 2 double beds, a queen bed, a twin daybed with trundle, couch and a wall-mounted TV. There is also a private bathroom. The kids will be thrilled with this room!

There are 7 steps up to the top floor with 3 additional bedrooms. The first bedroom is the second master featuring a king size bed, TV, private bath with double vanity and a large walk in shower. The next bedroom has a king bed, TV, and a private bath with walk in shower. The third bedroom on this level has 2 twin bunk beds, sitting area, TV and a private bath with a shower/tub combo, another fantastic kid space!

The outdoor space at this property is a real shining star! The huge lagoon shape pool will get plenty of sun throughout the day. There are several seating areas to accommodate everyone, with an outdoor living space under the pergola, plenty of lounge chairs and the large screen porch overlooking the pool. There is also a large private outdoor shower to wash the sand away. The large private yard space really sets this home apart from other properties in Palmetto Dunes. There is space for the kids to run around or set up a game of bocce or cornhole. The beach path is just across the street from the house, making this an ideal location for easy access.

*Pool and spa heat available for additional fee. Pool and spa heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat. Also available for guest use is the garage with an electric car hookup!

Excellent vacation!

Overall

We had an excellent vacation staying at 2 Sea Lane. This was our second stay at this house and we love it. We had 8 adults and a baby and there was ample room for everyone. The house, outdoor area, and proximity to the beach were all top notch. You can bet that on our next visit to HH we will stay at this house again.

Overall

This is a fabulous vacation home in Palmetto Dunes. We have stayed here 5 times since 2016 and each time has been great. The Turell family made some very nice upgrades to the house this year. The house is well located for beach access as well. The house, the beach, and Barnacle Bill’s keep us coming back each year. Additionally the staff at Island Getaway has always been spectacular. While Hannah Parkhurst, in particular, has provided us with amazing service over the years, every person we’ve dealt with has been great as well.

Overall

This is our third stay in 6 years at this house and we are coming back next year. It's a layout for a beach vacation home. We cook in often and the kitchen is fantastic for our needs. Great house and great location! We love the pool area the most!
