This beach cottage is a wonderful location for a family retreat, and you can bring your dog too!

The first floor features a private entrance to a new, fully equipped kitchen and dining room. It opens into a living room with TV and sliding door and beach access!

There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor- a queen bedroom with access to a full bathroom off of the kitchen and a king bedroom with TV and private bathroom.

There is also a large den with couches, 2 twin beds, powder room, TV, and a spiral staircase to the second floor- a perfect spot for kids!

Upstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen and 4 more bedrooms –Master Bedroom has a king bed and shares a bathroom with the Twin bedroom. The other two king bedrooms share a bathroom. The ocean front king bedroom has a spiral staircase to first floor.
The 2nd floor features a spacious great room with a TV and dining area with seating for eight.

Off the living room is a fantastic screened porch that expands the entire length of the home.
