HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This is an oceanside villa complex that's just a short walk to the beach. The Moorings, situated next to the Marriott Hotel, has a private pool and is close to tennis and golf facilities.

This second floor (4 flights of stairs), two bedroom villa is perfect for your next getaway to Hilton Head Island. The dining room seats 6, and the kitchen is fully equipped to suit your cooking needs. The living room offers a TV and plenty of seating for the family.

The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, private bath with tub/shower combo, and access to the patio. The second bedroom has two double beds, TV, and sliders to the deck.

This near ocean villa is close to the pool and only 100 yards to the beach.

**Mooring Buoy Redevelopment Project (September 2023-April 2024) The scope of this project will include the installation of new stormwater drainage infrastructure, roadway paving, and leisure pathway reconfiguration and realignment. The Broad Creek Public Service District (BCPSD) will also coordinate domestic waterline replacement during the project. There may be temporary accessibility disruption to the driveway and/or mailbox at certain times during the project. Parking may be an issue in that entering or exiting your property could be challenging at times.

This was our 13th summer staying in Palmetto Dunes and our second in this villa. Location is perfect and dog friendly is a must for us. Price point is right on for this.

This villa was very clean and well stocked with what we needed. We are most appreciative of the fact that this was a pet friendly unit as our dog is quite important to us. All appliances were in good working order and in good condition. We would like to thank Trae Elvington from Island Getaway Rentals, for all his help and assistance during the reservation and check-in process. We look forward to returning to this villa again.
