This Harbour Town-oriented villa is both spacious and private, sequestered behind your own gated courtyard. The main floor offers an easy living floor plan with large kitchen, a family room with a vaulted ceiling and a dining room which overlooks the lovely courtyard out back. The main floor also has a king bedroom, tv and private bath with tub/shower combination. The deck offers a gas grill with table for four.

The second floor has two more bedrooms including a king bedroom, tv and private bathroom with walk-in shower and spacious vanity. The third bedroom offers twin beds, tv and a private bath with roomy vanity and walk-in shower.

This town-house style villa offers a great location for your next island getaway, just a short walk to the community pool. With walking and biking trails throughout Sea Pines Plantation, you'll have plenty to keep you busy exploring the beauty of the Lowcountry, and only minutes from Harbourtown will give you access to some of the island's best waterfront shops and restaurants.

**Please be advised there is very limited parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club March 23-September 2nd from the hours of 9am to 5pm. 50 parking places are available on a first come- first serve basis. *2 small dogs (20 lbs. and under) considered for an additional nonrefundable pet fee.

Wonderful condo, extremely spacious and clean. Awesome that it is pet friendly. Loved the location, so close to Harbortown. Pool was great. Overall, would love to stay here again, my family loved it and it made our first vacation in a long time so memorable.

What an incredible condo! It was perfect for our family of six. It was super convenient for each bedroom to have its own bath and the entire place was very clean. Also, the location was great. It was a short walk to Harbourtown and very close to the trolley pickup. The pool was such a nice amenity given the hot days. We would definitely return to this rental again.

We absolutely loved our stay at 242 Stone Creek. The location is perfect. We walked across the street to play pickleball and tennis almost every day and enjoyed the 5 minute walk to the bakery in the morning for pastries and coffee. The unit itself is very comfortable. Our family of 5 had plenty of space to spread out and not feel on top of one another. The beds are all very very comfortable as is the living room furniture. The kitchen is up to date and has everything you need to feel right at home. Of all the places we have stayed at while vacationing in Hilton Head, this is our favorite. Our children (2 college and one recent grad), all agree that this is by far the best place we have rented....we all highly recommend it!
