HILTON HEAD ISLAND. This four bedroom home is newly updated for your next vacation. The spacious, sunken living room features a sofa and 2 chairs around the large TV with an additional sitting area overlooking the pool and golf course, perfect for playing games or a quiet place to read a book. There is also a decorative fireplace and a slider to the pool area. The bright dining room is open to the living room and kitchen and has a table that seats eight. The lovely kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a bar area with four stools. The first bedroom is off of the kitchen and has two sets of bunk beds, a TV, and a private bathroom, which can also be shared. The master bedroom is the perfect sanctuary after a long day on the beach. Featuring a king size bed, TV/DVD, large walk in closet, and beautiful master bathroom. The third bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom with a standing shower. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, and a slider to the deck that leads to the pool area. This bedroom uses a bathroom that is accessed from the hall and has a standalone shower. | | You’ll love spending your evenings lounging by the sunny pool after a long day at the beach!

*Free shuttle service through Palmetto Dunes Buggy available April through September.
**Pool heat is available for additional fee. Pool heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat.

Great house and location. Located in the Palmetto Dunes area, close to golf tennis, pickleball, less than a mile from the beach and tons of great restaurants. Gem of a house. The 4 bedroom/4 bath house was great for our family. Plenty of open space and all the amenities you need. Lots of windows and a scenic view of the tee box. Great kitchen area with two countertops. The master en-suite bathroom had a double shower, double sink, walk-in closet and tub. I would highly recommend this house and the area.

This was the best place we have stayed in 35 years of coming to HHI. Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated well thought layout. We have stayed on the beach and another part of the family still does and this was nicer than theirs.
