Located 2nd row in Palmetto Dunes this three bedroom home plus a loft is decorated in a fun whimsical style on multi levels. Seven steps from the front entry lead to the first level den, a perfect little space for the kids or a quiet getaway. Here you will find a sectional, TV, and a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. On this level are two bedrooms:

- The FIRST BEDROOM has a king bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

- The SECOND BEDROOM also has a king bed and a private entrance to the shared hall bathroom.

A spiral staircase from the den leads up to the LOFT ROOM that has a queen, 4 twin beds, 2 with trundles, for a total of 6 twins. Perfectly suited for kids of all ages, this large area will sleep up to eight. This room will use the shared hall bathroom.

On the second floor of the home there is a large great room with an open kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen is open and bright with the skylights letting in the sunshine. The whole family can gather as meals are prepared using stainless steel appliances. Plenty of counter space and extra seating around the expansive kitchen island making this great room the perfect place for the whole family. The dining room has a glass top table with seating for six.

The living area has a decorative fire place, sofa, and loveseat as well as two cozy reading chairs. This room gets lots of sunlight from the windows surrounding this level. There are sliding glass doors in the living room leading to a large screened-in porch overlooking the pool. Enjoy family meals on the outdoor dining table or relax on the deck with an ice cold lemonade in the wooden rocking chairs. This is sure to be the most popular place in the house.

- The THIRD BEDROOM is off the living room and features a high wood plank ceiling, a king bed, TV and private bath with a double vanity sink and a large walk in shower.

Pool is a large lagoon shape and gets lots of sun. From the pool is a path that takes you directly to the main beach path. This amazing Hilton Head home is only 150 steps to the beach and a great choice for your next family gathering.

*Pool heat is available for additional fee. Pool heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat.

**Mooring Buoy Redevelopment Project (September 2023-April 2024) The scope of this project will include the installation of new storm water drainage infrastructure, roadway paving, and leisure pathway reconfiguration and realignment. The Broad Creek Public Service District (BCPSD) will also coordinate domestic waterline replacement during the project. There may be temporary accessibility disruption to the driveway and/or mailbox at certain times during the project. Parking may be an issue in that entering or exiting your property could be challenging at times.

Back to Ohio after a great vacation at 4 Dinghy! Great location relative to the beach, and the huge screened in porch was used constantly. Big kitchen and common dining/great room is all well equipped with plenty of seating. Used many of the beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage. Left a couple of good toys and a board to hasten our return!
