This lovely single level Palmetto Dunes home has undergone some recent updates in summer 2024!

Upon entry you are immediately drawn outside to the wrap around lagoon views! The large living room has plenty of seating for the whole family with two full size sofas and a couple of reading chair. Double French doors lead you directly outside to the pool area. The dining room also has full lagoon views over the pool and is open to the living room. The updated kitchen has a working island, updated appliances and a large skylight bringing in lots of natural sunlight. A cozy screened in porch can be accessed off the breakfast nook. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the home in their own wing. The backyard is a true shining star. This is where you will spend most of your evenings grilling, chatting and swimming in the pool! Overlooking a lovely pond with a water feature as the backdrop.
