STUNNING OCEAN VIEWS greet you when entering this lovely 3 bedroom Barrington Arms Unit. Enjoy expansive ocean views from the living room, master bedroom suite and balcony - no doubt a wonderful option for your next vacation with family and/or friends.

The living room has a large sectional to fit the whole group and has an unobstructed view of the ocean, and a flat screen TV for settling in for a movie or your favorite sporting event. The kitchen is fully stocked, complete with granite counter tops and an eat-in bar for 3. The unit comes with all major appliances, including a washer and dryer.

The FIRST BEDROOM has a king bed with a flat screen TV, en-suite bathroom with shower. ** This is being remodeled early 2024 to have a walk-in shower. The SECOND BEDROOM has a king bed, flat screen TV, as well as, an en-suite bathroom ** This is being remodeled early 2024 to have a walk-in shower. The THIRD BEDROOM has 2 twin beds with a flat screen TV. This bedroom uses the full hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

No doubt you will enjoy this great Barrington Arms property and will leave refreshed, the finest of Hilton Head Island’s beaches engrained in your mind, lulling you back to this property again and again.

*Due to severe allergies, the owner is unable to have pets at this property.*

*The jacuzzi is currently not available for guests use.

The unit was beautiful and perfect for our family with 2 college age kids. It is high eough for a gorgeous ocean view. Pool area was really clean, condo itself was pleasantly quiet all day and night. Would definitely go back and stay there. Island Getaways as fantastic also. Great communication, friendly staff
