This beautiful 4th story premium end unit offers the best ocean views in Palmetto Dunes. The oversized main balcony faces east offering beautiful views of the sunrise. From the point of the balcony, full 270° panoramic views are available. Each of the three bedrooms offers beautiful ocean views. You will absolutely not be disappointed with the views, breeze and ocean sound from this villa!

The impeccably decorated villa offers tastefully furnished décor in a West Indies style. The living area has a sleeper sofa with two chairs, a flat screen TV/DVD/VCR, stereo and a full-length window with a gorgeous ocean view. The dining area includes seating for six, with additional seating for four in the kitchen’s breakfast nook. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. The laundry room off the kitchen is equipped with full sized washer and dryer.

The master bedroom includes a king bed, flat screen TV/DVD and a private balcony with two chairs and a small table. The private balcony faces south and overlooks the ocean and pool area. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, flat screen TV/DVD and access to the main balcony. The third and final bedroom has two twin beds, a flat screen TV, a private bath and a remarkable ocean view.

Overall

We rented Windsor Court North unit 4407 for a month and really enjoyed our time. Hilton Head can be a bit chilly in February, but we bundled up every day and walked the beach and some days we did not need jackets! 4407 is a beautiful condo with giant panoramic views of the beach and ocean. Well appointed, comfortable and clearly they had a major remodel to update the baths and flooring throughout. Can't wait to return!
