*BARRINGTON COURT PAINTING PROJECT TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED FOR NOVEMBER 2025 TO MARCH 1, 2026. Work will include stucco repair and exterior painting. Guests can expect to see scaffolding in front of living room windows and balconies, construction materials, and lifts on the property during this project. Due to the nature and scope of the work there is a possibility that your accommodations may be affected. If this is the case, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to relocate to another property based on availability.*

** Please note pool complex is closed beginning on November 3, 2025, and is expected to be completed by late January 2026**

Plus, world-class golf, tennis and pickleball is just around the corner!

This fifth floor oceanfront villa has left no details to spare with expansive views of the ocean and pool from the living room and master bedroom. This gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line cabinets, recycled glass counter cops, glass backsplash, stainless-steel appliances with a bar comfortably seating two that overlooks the dining and living room area. The dining room which seats four, is conveniently located just off the kitchen. The living room has a new queen sleeper sofa, armchair and swivel chair, 55-inch TV, and a sliding glass door that opens to a relaxing oceanfront balcony.

The master bedroom has king bed, TV, and access to the same oceanfront balcony just off the living room. The private master bath has a custom shower/tub combo featuring grab bars and built-in niche.

Relax on the balcony at the table for two or Adirondack chairs overlooking the ocean. Your next stay on Hilton Head Island at 509 Barrington Court is sure to be memorable!

We’ve been coming down for 20 years but this was a reunion after a 7 year absence. Lovely condo with beautiful views. We ate on the spacious deck on several days. We liked the kitchen range so much we just bought one for our home here In Canada. Got it today! Barrington is our favourite development.
