This COMPLETEY RENOVATED fifth floor oceanfront villa has left no details to spare with expansive views of the ocean and pool from the living room and master bedroom. This gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line cabinets, recycled glass counter cops, glass backsplash, brand new stainless steel appliances with a bar comfortably seating two that overlooks the dining and living room area. The dining room which seats four, is conveniently located just off the kitchen. The living room has a new queen sleeper sofa, armchair and swivel chair, 55 inch 4K wall mounted flat screen smart TV (Netflix included), DVD stereo, and a sliding glass door that opens to a relaxing oceanfront balcony.

The master bedroom has king bed, flat screen TV, DVD and access to the same oceanfront balcony just off the living room. The private master bath has a custom shower/tub combo featuring grab bars and built-in niche.

We’ve been coming down for 20 years but this was a reunion after a 7 year absence. Lovely condo with beautiful views. We ate on the spacious deck on several days. We liked the kitchen range so much we just bought one for our home here In Canada. Got it today! Barrington is our favourite development.
