Charming 4 bedroom original oceanfront Hilton Head Island style beach house with all the perks and conveniences of a lovingly restored home. This meticulously maintained home has all the things you love about and want in a beach house! You are just a short walk away from all the shops, restaurants and markets at Coligny. This home boasts some of the prettiest and oldest live oaks in all of N. & S. Forest Beach.

FLOOR PLAN
This well-equipped oceanfront home has a unique floor plan to accommodate all types of traveling parties. The main house and two bedrooms are on the upper level of the structure while below are two additional spaces to enjoy.

UPPER LEVEL
As you enter the upper level, you step into a spacious open concept floor plan and are instantly met with sliding glass doors showcasing a beautiful vista of the backyard and beach beyond.

LIVING/DINING ROOM
The living room features a comfortable sectional sofa, a flat screen TV and additional chairs for seating. The dining room table is a sturdy round table with seating for six.

KITCHEN
The updated wrap-around kitchen features an electric cooktop, granite counter tops and counter seating. It's fully stocked with everything needed to create wonderful memories over dinner. Stocked with various pots and pans, cookie sheets, crock pots, a food processor, and dishes for storing left overs, moving around this kitchen will be a breeze! There is a filtered coffee pot as well as an expresso machine and a tea kettle.

BEDROOM 1
The first bedroom faces the ocean and has large windows. This room has a king bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The mirrors have been replaced with LED light up mirrors for ease of use.

BEDROOM 2
The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds, along with a hall bathroom with walk in shower.

GROUND LEVEL
The ground level of the home features a breezeway leading to the backyard with a door on either side. The two lower-level bedrooms do not have indoor accessibility to the upper level. Both of these bedrooms have separate keypad entry access from the outdoor breezeway.

BEDROOM 3
On one side there is a full suite with a kitchenette, living room with sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV, a full bathroom with a walk in shower, and private bedroom with a king bed facing the ocean. The kitchenette is stocked with an electric skillet, filtered coffee pot, a toaster, and basic dishes to enjoy a quick meal without going upstairs.

BEDROOM 4
On the opposite side of the breezeway there is another separate, private bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV, and a half bathroom, which also faces the ocean. This room can use the enclosed shower in the breezeway.

LAUNDRY
The washer and dryer are centrally located in the carport, along with a storage closet for guest use.

PARKING
There is parking for 5 cars with one covered space.

OUTDOOR AREA
As you open the living room sliders you enter a large screened-in porch, with a lovely view of the pool, serpentine walkway to the beach, the dunes, sand, and waves. The screened in porch features a sectional sofa, coffee table and another dining table.

As you descend the stairs from the porch you enter the backyard with a brand new 30’ long pool with spa. The beautiful garden path leading to a private deck with outdoor furniture overlooking the beach and a walkway over the dunes to your own slice of beautiful white sand of Hilton Head and the pristine Atlantic Ocean.

No public beach is your own private deck/walkway! A modern outdoor shower is at the base of the private deck for you to freshen up after frolicking in the sand and surf. After a relaxing day on the beach, come enjoy refreshments by the pool.

The location and the property were beautiful. The landscaping made it feel very tropical. We had a wonderful stay. We had one little issue with the pool and the management company sent someone out right away. It would have been nice if there had been items stocked in the downstairs kitchen such as cups and plates. Other than that, the house worked really well for our small group of 4.

Overall

We came here to enjoy the beach and general Hilton Head Island area. We got both of these plus a tranquil oasis on a quiet, beautiful street- steps from the beach. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. I would love to stay here again!

Staying at 51 Dune was great! The closeness to the beach was great, the pool was great, the house was a great size for all 11 of our guests. I would recommend this rental for all occasions. My daughter got engaged on the beach while visiting. Needless to say, this visit will go down in history!!
