Most floor plans will provide beautiful ocean views from almost every room, including the kitchen and living areas. Luxuriously crafted, the villas feature full kitchens, open living areas, and master baths with large spa tubs and marble showers. The open, park-like setting features a pool area and pavilion, a spa tub and barbecue area, a children's pool for the younger visitors, a gazebo and deck, a boardwalk to the beach, and bike paths that connect to the many other amenities of Palmetto Dunes. Guests at Hampton Place will also have access to a private fitness facility and sun deck.

The beautiful kitchen has new stainless appliances, granite countertops and bar seating for 4. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a flat screen TV, DVD, access to the living room balcony, and a private bath with a jetted tub/shower combination. This was a fabulous vacation. Our condo was beautiful and spacious. The 5 of us had privacy, and a family space. We were immediately 'WOWED." The view was beautiful and we saw local wild life. Deer, rabbits, geckos :) and dolphin. The pool was never too crowded to find a place in the shade. We really appreciated the 'adult only' area/pool. HHI is fabulous. The general store is a must see. This was the best vacation ever, and not only because my boyfriend proposed on the first day!!! Five stars is not enough to rate this condo, island and atmosphere.

Hampton Place is one of our favorite places to stay when visiting HHI and it did not disappoint again. The view of the ocean is spectacular and there were numerous deer running around on the property. The unit was nicely furnished and stocked with everything you need and more. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Great condo with beautiful views, conveniently located with lots of space and amenities. Beds were comfortable, condo was clean and everything worked well. Island Getaway staff were very helpful with issues concerning the cable and a short water outage and power outage - none of which were their fault - jumping in to get information and resolve issues.

Villa was impeccable and beautifully decorated. Location is good, right next to pool area and steps from the beach. Perfect for our family of five. Kudos to the owners and Island Getaway staff for ensuring an enjoyable vacation experience (our first visit to Hilton Head Island).

We had a wonderful visit even though the weather was cool for April. We have stayed in several properties in Palmetto Dunes, but 5208 Hampton Place is one of the nicest places. It is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. The customer service from Island Getaway was wonderful. We highly recommend them.

Another great vacation in this condo. We walked in and noticed the updates. Beds are so comfortable and the kitchen accessories are above and beyond. Very clean and worth it! We appreciate the owners effort in keeping this unit fresh and clean!
