This four-bedroom townhouse has been completely renovated from top to bottom. The living room is equipped with a 42 inch plasma TV, DVD, and CD player. The kitchen features the finest amenities including stainless steel appliances, granite counters, custom cabinetry, and a vegetable sink.

The dining room seats up to 6 with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. There’s a cozy den off the kitchen furnished with a love-seat, small plasma TV w/ a built-in DVD player.

The first floor bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bath with shower. Upstairs are three more spacious bedrooms. The first has two twin beds. The second has a king bed. These bedrooms share a bath. Next is a gorgeous master suite with king bed, 30 inch plasma TV w/ a built-in DVD player, a private bath with beautiful glass shower and a separate Jacuzzi tub. 12 minute walk to Palmetto Dunes beach.

Outdoors you will enjoy an enormous 400+ square foot private deck, a patio table for | 8, all with fairway views of the 18th hole at George Fazio Golf Course. This villa has been coined the 'crown jewel' of it's Owner's Association for it's recent remodel and historically for it's proximity to the pool. This beautiful villa has all of the finishing touches you will need to make your next Hilton Head vacation one to remember.

*Wireless internet service included free of charge. Guests must have a wireless card in their computer in order to access internet.

*Free shuttle service through Palmetto Dunes Buggy available April through September.

We enjoyed the vacation rental - the place was roomy and close proximity to the pool. It was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked which we greatly appreciated. This is our third year with Island Getaway Rentals and so far we have been pleased.

Thank you! This is our 2nd year of renting the fabulous townhome at 53 Fazio. We had a wonderful stay, despite some rainy conditions. The condo is set-up perfectly for our families. The added hooks on the outside desk made hanging up wet towels and bathing suits easy. As a family, we are already discussing our trip for next summer. If this unit is available on our chosen week, we hope to be able to rent it again. As our 2 1/2 year old grand daughter stated, I like our beach house!

Absolutely beautiful! Villa 53 is situated perfectly for the pool, beach (very short walk and restaurants (short drive)! The layout of the villa itself is perfect! VERY clean and updated. The outside deck is absolutely wonderful. We had a wonderful time!

We are a frequent visitor to HHI. First time staying at 53 Fazio. We loved it! More than enough room, very well appointed, lots of storage, clean and updated. All of the bedrooms were large enough to not feel cramped. The kitchen provided all we needed to cook - including the new gas grill on the oversized deck. We will recommend this villa to future guests of the island. Thank you!
